So last couple days has been a little depressing So I have been trying to get some riding in. Last night decided to take a little cruise into PA. Didn't notice anything out of place, that is until I started slowing down and came to a stop to turn around and head back home. My right side muffler was gone.  :ireful:  I don't know how, although I could guess. I must not have tightened it up after I had it off last.
Can't afford a new one. Put more money than I should have in it already.
Seems I just can't catch a break.. Theres no sense of dwelling on it. I took a ride in the car early this morning with the family for extra eyes, but didn't see anything. So I did all I can do for right now. Checked Cobra site and doesnt appear they make that one. Sent them an email so will see.

Would like to know if anyone that has a Cobra F1s exhaust still has any documentation or order info. I am looking for the model number. for the 90-92 FJ1200.

Doh!

Put an add up on your local craigslist and perhaps offer a small reward for it.

Someone is bound to find it.

On eBay right now:

I have a 1990 FJ with Cobra cans and a 1992 with stock cans. Mounts are different. The `90 mounts appx. 1" behind the passenger footpeg and the `92 mounts about 1" in front of the passenger footpeg. The rear frame and side covers are different between these years.

Thank You for the suggestion. I put one up just now.

If you can't tell the difference in exhaust noise when the "muffler" falls off, maybe you should consider repacking it?  :-)
