Ah yes, thanks Fred. That is the main reason for putting these in stock, so you can use the fork protectors with the fork brace

On a side note I found a photo in a Suzuki service manual of an actual "suck test" being performed. Actually, this is the blow test, but photo looks accurate.

Curious about the pod filters Robert - what jetting changes do you recommend, or are they compatible with standard jetting?

'89 FJ 1200 3CV - no engine, tank, seat....parts bike for the future.

The majority of people find adjusting the main jet needle up with a shim and going up one main jet size sufficient, when going away form the air box, unless you're doing other things like adding exhaust or timing, etc.

You also need the filter the crankcase vent hose that goes to the bottom of the air box to keep debris from getting in the crankcase after removing air box.

RPM has received a very special delivery this morning and the next generation has arrived :good2:

Introducing Russell Andrew Raduechel who was dropped off by the stork this morning and doing great. Mom and Dad are doing great too. Grandma and I just finished a facetime call with them as we cannot be with them until they come home, but he sure is a handsome young man.
