You can use bolts with crush washers in place of the original AD banjo bolts.

perhaps a dumb question, but...what size bolts?
Sorry for the late reply....I missed this post. Standard off the shelf 10 X 1.25mm bolt. Get short ones as the there isn't a lot of depth once the banjo lines are gone.

Stay rubber side down.

Physically I'm all healed except my left hand (dislocated thumb) I'm good for about 6-10 pulls ... before the pain comes and I loose strength.

TMI.

I'd like to order a 3 line universal kit, but can not find the specifics anywhere - line length, fitting types, etc.

Anyone have this information for the 1989 version?

TIA
Steve

Here is an eBay link for a set from Galfer. They are pre assembled and should come in the correct length and have the correct angled end fittings. If you still want to know what the lengths of each line is, I would contact Galfer.

It's a 1992 FZR1000 top clamp, drilled for bar clamps. The entire front end is off the FZR. Plug and play.

The big bonus on the  Galfer lines is the ability to rotate the ends to fit at the banjo fittings.  Nice especially if you're fitting them to aftermarket calipers or masters and the orientation differs slightly from OEM.
