So I feel really dumb asking this, cant find the ground battery cable on the bike. Only cable I see that looks like that is the one coming from starter and that should bolt on that little solenoid that's connecting to the battery. Looked all over, just cant find the ground cable, are they originally bolted on the frames? maybe i took it off and lost it. idk, if that's the case where is it suppose to bolt to....

Thanks

Not sure what they did with 91 and up but the 84 through 90 the ground came off one of the bolts on the rear of the engine. It's been so long but there might have been a pigtale that attached to the frame.

well i mean everything is still a 87 on my bike just not the frame, yea i was just finishing putting the wiring harness on the bike yesterday, stuck the battery in and was like "where the hell is the ground cable" couldn't member if i took it off or what. but just couldn't find it, maybe it is still on the engine... ill take a look at the back of it tonight and see if i can find it, thanks
