I just wanted to give a quick update about some of the items I have been working on that I thought I would have ready to ship by now, but it has been a super busy spring so far and I do appreciates everyones patience.

RPM Fork Brace:
I sent a Superbrace up to my machine shop over a month ago as the prototype brace he made me was having troubles pinching the fork tube from the drawings provided to him. I was also informed about a similar problem by two other FJ'ers who bought a Superbrace, but it was binding the tube(s).

I have found out that the fork tubes are not the same from side to side or even front to rear in circumference. They are actually hand ground/sanded from the rough casting so there is no consistant uniformity. So, I just got off of the phone with him and now that he has a set of tubes to work with he has adjusted the clamping area to eliminate any possible compression of the tube and binding of the forks.

He said I should expect them the week of the 10Th.

LED Taillights
I guess in Europe they have an extended Easter holiday and they have been closed for a week. I know have the original order as well as a second order on the way and have a tracking number to monitor the shipment. They have already left Europe but they have not landed in the US yet. I would say they will be listed on the website by the middle of next week. I will say that based on the LED requests that have come in this week, 95% of the order coming in will be headed out once they hit my hands.

Oil Cooler
I have the first one ready to mount on my bike when I get a chance to get the engine installed. I also have two heading out the door next week for fitment and testing. I want to get some solid miles on the cooler before I post it ready for sale. A lot of of other items go into an oil cooler such as fittings, hoses and brackets and I am working on suppliers for those items as well.

The cooler will be a 12 row cooler that uses the latest technology in cooling fin & tube design. I expect that after we get done at the WCR and if there are no problems from that point, they will be listed on the website.

Intiminator Fork Valves
The fork valves are in Bill's hands for testing and tuning. I set him some stock fork parts as well since all of the one he had were drilled and we need to test using stock parts as well as a complete set of shims for fine tuning based on the FJ's weight and characteristics. I also have installed a set into my bike based off of their recommendation and will be giving them a throughout testing before and during the WCR. I hope to have a few others give them a test as well for feedback on the item. These valves are supposed to make the Race-Tech valves seem like yesterdays technology and based on Bill's initial comments on them I am excited to bring them to you if they work as good as promised.

Urethane Motor Mount Kit
Currently being tested and preliminary feedback is great as far as the elimination of vibration. Now they are being tested for longevity. The real test will be coming up with two big HP applications in the next couple of weeks, if they don't breakdown by that application then they should be ready to go.

I do appreciate everyones business and support through the first two months the website has been up & running. It has been gratifying that it has done so well to date and as the weather turns better here in the states, I will make sure I keep the parts in stock for as many of your needs as possible.

I will say my suppliers have been impressed as well at the volume of parts that are selling and they have already adjusted their inventory and stock levels to make sure the part are available when I need them.

I am adding parts on a regular basis so please stop and check it out when you are looking for something, I might have added since the last time you were on the site.

Thank you again,

Love your work mate, tis a wonderful thing thing this website of yours and it's good to hear it's taking off.
By the sound of things I will be using it a lot in the near future if all testing goes to plan.
Life's pretty straight without twisties.

Thanks for your old forks Ed. You really need to stop and get a tour next time. 3000 Watt CO2 laser (3/4 mild steel capacity) , 2 turret punch presses, 3 - 6 axis welding robots, in house powder coating, MIG, TIG and spot  welding on steel and Aluminum. It s a wonder that I don't have a fully custom FJ by now.....And I am just getting to a 17" rear....What the F^%$# am I doing wrong?

SD Mike, you are welcome to a tour as well....

Please tell me this is not your personal collection of tools, and that it's where you work/ how you make your living.  Otherwise, I'm clearly doing something very wrong not having such a lustful collection.

Sad to say but this is not my personal collection at my beck and call...I would be having a major kick with it by offering much more than drawings and reverse engineering solutions for many FJ upgrades to the club. I do sneak some custom parts through (a must for my recent 92 GSXR rear wheel mod) will demand. I am quite limited by what I can sneak through the production process.

I love working for my company (almost 19 years) and enjoy the wide variety of what we can do in-house.

Randy, I love your site also.  My small order came in a lot faster than I thought.  Now you just to have it so that I can order all my parts from you.  Big fan of one stop shopping.
