:good2:Just wondering if there is any place in USA or Canada to buy a after market lower spoiler,or a used one.I found a place over sea,but was hopping the web site here could help me out.I check at my local Yamaha dealer and he told me they are on back order and will cost around $325.00,hoping to find one cheaper than that.
Thanks Jkstx450

Checkout compositecrafters@yahoo.com, they offer a fiberglass chin fairing for the 86/87 for $125.00 (unpainted). I found them on Fleabay.
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

what year? color?
I am going to put the lower on my 1985 FJ1100, so color dose not matter and for year i will take what ever I can get.
Thanks

Well if you are going to put it on a 1100 the 1200 lower will not fit (unless you get the lower frames off a 86/90 1200) the 1100 was all into it self on the lower fairing.

Well i did this to my 1984 FJ1100 back in 1990 all i did was fab some brackets tig welded them in place and powder coated the lower frames looked like they were done at the factory,This is not a hard thing to do.
