speedometer

Just bought a 1984 FJ1100 and the speedometer doesnt move and the dash light is out.  i was wondering if there was a fuse for this or if anyone had any easy fix ideas?

Cable screws into the bottom of the gauges and the headlight and dashlights run through the fuses on the left inn.er fairing
