my dad had a 1934 d-28 sweet sound. he gat mad and sold it boy was i unhappy

Yeah, you could have bought a lot of FJ parts with what a 1934 D-28 is worth now. I recently worked out a trade on my second FJ (got to sell one of them to keep peace in the fam!). The bike was listed on the "Bikes For Sale" thread (still is on the second page); 1992 FJ in Kentucky that had been completely gone through. We worked out a deal on a Martin HD-28V that I had. Just like the bikes, I had too many guitars, so we both went away happy. I've had a hard time deciding which bike to keep, the '92 or my black '90 (the black is my favorite color scheme, but the '92 is stunningly close to perfect and needs NOTHING). I'm leaning toward keeping the '92 at this point. Welcome to the group!
