I was flipping channels today, and made my way to "Discovery HD Theatre" and there was currently on, a show called "Mega World". This particular show was about Dubai....
I was about to flip to another channel, when they show a clip of an FJ1200 in full Police getup doing some maneuvers, and then a clip of one carrying a second officer on the back, who is............shooting...........from the moving motorcycle.
I had to rewind the DVR to take a second look at it.....I just couldn't believe my eyes!  :shok:

This is true for Egypt as well.  All white FJ1200's are the police bikes of choice there.

Cool eh?

[EDIT]: Just googled it and did not get one hit, But while in Cairo, I surely did see a few white FJ police bikes...

There are apparently a few FJ's being used in Papua New Guinea, I haven't been able to track them down though, it's a good bet that they are trashed.
They do have a few XJ900 (Seca) police bikes, they are pretty well flogged out too.

Here's a couple in Port Moresby

They are no doubt Australian Police donations to the Royal Papua New Guinea Constabulary,

PNG does not have a motorscooter or bike culture, so riding is a really dangerous thing there compared to other developing nations that have bikes as the main transport

I'll keep my eye out for the FJ's.

its cool to see how different the police bikes are compared to our fjs. where can we get rear tail pieces that have all those racks built in? Maybe i will have to go to New Guinea and buy  some of there parts. lol
