While the topic is me doing not-so-smart things...
I found some ice on the road today. I was in a right turn and slid BOTH tires a little at about 65 MPH. I stood the bike up vertical, and fortunately there were no oncoming cars, becasue I crossed the center line a little. My faceshield instantly fogged up from my hyperventilating. That didn't help much.

I've slid the front and the back tire before on separate occasions, and recovered, but BOTH tires??? That's a little too much drama for my morning commute!
