I have looked and can't find pictures of the Super Brace installed on the FJ, so if you have on, lets see it!
Thanks, Leon.

Thanks.
Is that painted black?
Was there another design that was larger and more "blocky" looking?

And a not so chunky one that is unpainted:

Is this what you're thinking of?

Ya, that's it.
Is there any advantage over one than the other?

Funny... that's the one I ended up buying.
I was the high bidder and contacted him after the sale and bought it with a second chance offer!

I never realized that the Super Brace was such a rare item for FJ owners.
Only 3 different bikes out of the whole community has them!

I hope all the claims of improvement are what I think they will be when I get mine installed.

Thanks for the pictures guys!

If there are any members with a machine ship they could be made for cheap.I know I could knock one out in about 1/2 hour.A production run of 20 - 50 sounds practical.I wish I had a cnc machining center (mill) I could make some $$.

Be very carefull that you dont have soft springs in the forks, if the front end dives too much the fork brace can and will make contact with the bottom of the upper fairing and make it difficult or impossible to turn the front end. I had this happen on my 91, I removed the brace and replaced the fork springs and sold the brace on Ebay.. Good staight rate springs are a better upgade in my opinion.... JMO

The Super Brace I have is a fairly early model.  Later models had the option for bolt on fork protectors that would hit the fairing unless you trimmed it first.

Bean, mine was an early model with out the fork protectors and it made contact with the fairing with the stock springs under heavy braking. I just thought I'd give others my experiance with the brace as a warning....

Hows the foot these days???
