Hey folks, back from Costa Rica last night. Good to be home.
Any one know the thread size and pitch for our oem bar end weights?
I'm going to e-mail these folks to see if they have product that will fit our bikes.

Paddy,
Welcome back!  I had the throttle side off 2 weeks ago.  Its a 8mm hex key to remove, the major dia is ~ 0.620" and the minor dia. is <0.580", pitch is a 1.5mm.  So probably 16mm x 1.5.

Are you ready for a Crest run, or the Rock Store.  Mark & I can't seem to find anybody else with a pulse in SoCal, 'cept maybe Klavdy when he arrives!

Thanks guys, I'll let you know what I find out.

I'm always looking for gadgets that hopefully will reduce the high frequency tingles.

Yes, I know, my carbs are balanced, etc, etc..

Ed, yes, I'm up for a ride....loooong over due as a matter of fact...

<edit> ooops sorry, I forgot to ask: How much does each weight weigh?

Thanks amigo! I must say, hot weather and all, Palm Desert looks mighty good after Costa Rica.
Nice to go to the market and get fresh meats and veggies. If I see beans and rice again I'm gonna puke.
Nice to drive on roads that don't look like the surface of the moon.
Yea, the good 'ole USA looks pretty damn good...

Well Paddy, stay out of LA.  The roads here are actually paved with green cheese ...when they're paved!
