ok here gos . im rideing my fj12 this week . all is fine and my bike just turns off i was in town about 5 pm and it was hot that day. but my bike ran fine for a bout 30min so i pulled over tryed to start it and it wont even turn over nothging but lights and horn worked .so i checked fuses ok   but still wont start  so i got it to the house and put it in the garage for the night .got home from work the next day went to the garage and tryed to start it up and it turned over. tryed it aguin and it turned over but will not run ?. check battrey ok and fuses ok pull out spark plug it looks good. ground plug to head and turn it over and it has no spark on that plug  .any help whould be cool  :dash1: :dash1:

It sounds like you are getting some power from the battery, but not enough. Check the earth terminal by grounding the battery negative to the frame (the tank bolt will do) and hit the starter. I had this problem. You also say the battery is ok – how do you know? Try swapping with another to see if the problem persists.

Perhaps you bumped/ jarred the STARTER SWITCH which occasionally get's stuck in a bit, and produces the symptoms you're talking about.

Take it apart, clean it, lube it -even if this is not the cause, it's a good proactive thing to do anyway.
