Hi,
Sorry I'm such a lurker. I work out of town now and don't have much internet access. ( Also means I don't have any FJ access either! )
So here's a question,
Book says tire pressures of 32/36 F/R. That was for bias tires. Does the group have experience and comments for pressures in modern radials? should I run OEM pressures or should they trend up? How much?

I had a front Avon cup badly and be done way before the rear.

Thanks,
Patrick

Go by pressure rise, myself.

Cold is <x> psi.  Hot should be 10% higher.  Adjust <x> until you're hitting that amount of change.

As a starting point, especially with radials 36F, 42R is good.
Then go by AndyB's suggestion of a 10% rise.

Cheers,
Arnie
