got one leaky fork on a 92 fj.
stupid question is: whats a standard parts list for replacing my fork seals?  should i just get the seals or should i get a replacement for some of those gaskets?

Seals, bushings, dustcaps (if they look icky), and some oil.  Not a hard job, but a fair bit of work!

If its been awhile (or never) since the oil's been changed, you probably need new bushings, as well.

Check out Randy's(racerrad) fork rebuild kit- all you need in one convenient package!

Firehawk068

Get Randy's kit that includes bushings.........they are easy enough to change while you are doing the seals, that it doesn't make sense to not change them........Great price from him too!  :good:

He had it listed as $75.99 this spring + shipping. Look under parts vendors in the forum topics- he's RPM at the top. Also has his email address in the post. Sorry I don't know how to do that cool little blue linky thing to save you looking it up.
Anybody that can tell me how to do that?

I'm using the code tag because it allows you to see how I'm doing it.

This is what is posted above, so compare to see how they look, the last two look the same because the forum software automatically turns url's into links.
