Yeeeea. Already have the valve seals cuz that was the whole reason I started the re build . . . Now none of my valves are sealing except the exhaust ones on cyl 3....I believe I over lapped them.

A good machine shop can install new valve seats in a head. Usually this was done to allow the use of unleaded gas, so this is really nothing new.  If you bundle all the head work for one shop, you may get a break on pricing. Just a thought.
