Quote from: aviationfred on December 27, 2025, 02:34:18 AMI have been able to get my work schedule for 2026.
Shortening a Rally in the Fall by 1 day allows me to attend the West Coast FJ Rally.
I will be arriving on the 28th and departing June 1st.
An RV site has been reserved and paid for. My plans are to drive my Dodge Ram Overlanding rig and trailer the 1989 FJ1200 Streetfighter.
I'd really like to bring the Moto Morini or the RC30 build, but the Streetfighter needs to make an FJ Rally

You could always bring 2 bikes............ :good2:

I hear the BAND getting back together!

Pat text me that the WCR is on this year in Willits, and that even the Convict from down under is being let back into the country for it. Willits was my favorite camp site of all the rally spots we used.

Count Me In!! It will be good to see old friends, sit around the camp fire and especially ride SKAGGS SPRINGS RD again.

I saw a post that there is a discount available, what do we need when we make our reservation?

Hey Mike!

I did get the discount but only after the person I spoke to looked up another member's res and found that they were receiving it. Seemed like they thought it was a mistake but gave it to me anyway.

Excellent!  I was wondering if we'd see you.  Hope all's well Mike and look forward to seeing everyone, even Klavdy, in the Spring.

For the discount there was a code I think it was winter 25 or winter 2025. The person I spoke with knew all about it, but it new at that time. This was months ago, people forget thing. I hope this helps.

Best wishes

The city of Willits bought our old sign years ago.
My son Ian, nephew Josh and I have a cabin booked for thursday, friday and saturday. We will head back on sunday.
There will probably be some extra room in the cabin if anyone has trouble getting a spot.

This event needs more Canadian content!

Donna and I will be there May 27-June 3. Really looking forward to this! It's been far too long since we've seen y'all!
We will be trailering our bikes. We both have different bikes since our last rally. FJ-09 and MT-07

Sooooo....  Who would be up for dinner at the camp ground on Sunday night?

I am willing to make Chili and Corn Bread muffins.  This is an all meat chili that receives 5+ stars from everyone down here.  A number of people have suggested entering a competition with it.

It's not difficult to make.  I can do the bulk of it ahead of time and cut most of the prep time.  Will have a kitchen at my disposal.

I usually make it a bit on the spicy side, but am willing to make both spicy and mild versions.  The spicy heat will hit you at first but not set you on fire.  After the first couple of bites the flavor will really kick in.

Interested?  If so, post up and let me know Spicy or Mild.  Need a headcount so I can plan accordingly.

Donna and I have cancelled our reservation and will not be able to make this one guys. I have some medical issues that don't allow me to qualify for travel medical insurance, so we won't be leaving Canada for now. I won't be riding at all this season due to a bunch of restrictions.

Very disappointed to not be seeing y'all again. It's been far too long! We've been looking forward to this for a year!

Ride safe and have a great time my friends!
