I don't understand why it's so hard to post pictures now used to be

Then just click on the picture icon up above. Doesn't work. Now at the bottom it says click or drag files here to attach them. Which doesn't work. Everyone tells me how to downsize them. And when I've tried to using the pictures on my phone that say they are less 2mb. It still doesn't work. I can't even download or upload. Whatever. To my gallery. I have no problem putting pictures on texts.
Like I said I'm computer illiterate. I only ever used my phone. I figured out how to build my geothermal/solar house/shop. Plumbing heating electrical solar heating my driveway by myself. Without failing 1 inspection. With just my phone.  But I can't put a photo on this forum. Should be easy even for an idiot like me...I even had my daughter try with my phone. Couldn't figure it out. But she's always had an iPhone.

I just cut my lawn mower out of one of my pictures and pasted it in the middle of a picture of snow on my yard. Kinda hilarious. Trying to figure this out. But I couldn't paste it here???

Dan, I too am having trouble loading pictures from my PC into the FJ gallery.
I get a blank page.
