I had a customer contact me a few months ago looking for an alternator. I told him they were NLA and the dealers that do show stock want an arm and a leg for them. I suggested he try and find someone to rebuild the alternator for him.

Well he called me back yesterday and said he found a place in New Hampshire that rebuild his alternator for $120 and is very pleased with the results. (that being a non functional alternator to a working one) I told him I would pass along the info for other people.
