Here's my RSV in its "touring" mode, on the way to the Nurburgring a few years back  sarcastic
oh, I'm in great "shape" always have been but broke my pelvis, collar bone, ankle ruptured my ACL "left knee", hip bone punched threw right glute in 2010. A little motocross incident and a train Tressel. Stuff like that adds years on a guys parts!

Yep 38 broken bones. 47 pieces of metal in me. Things tend to get painful. I put forward pegs. On my  bikes. One I added them to the engine guards. One I took old engine mount plates and made brackets. They are already bent exactly perfect. Then you can ride for a while with your legs stretched out. Helps a lot.
