I am new to the FJ world.  What service manual is the best?  Also, I need a carburetor rebuild kit.  Went down this road with Honda VFR's and GL's.  Would really prefer not to learn the hard way...again.  Recommendations?   Appreciate it.

Welcome Redrider, the Yamaha manual is best, the Clymer and Haynes are good but with errors. As for a carb rebuild kit, click the banner above. Randy and sons can also do the rebuild for you. Many here have lots of good things to say about the carbs when they get them back from RPM. When you get the chance find the Introduction section and tell us a bit about you and your FJ now that you found our digital campfire.
