MTC,

Decode Yamaha bolt numbers here:

https://www.yamahastarbolt.com/technical-library/decode-yamaha-part-numbers/

Once you have the correct Yamaha Part Number for a bolt, scroll down and find the Part Number grouping that matches your number, on the linked web site.  Digit locations indicate the specs of the bolt.
.

My apologies, I misread your post and listed the bolt that is for the main coils.

I believe what you are looking for are the 2 small bolts in this diagram. #5 in the drawing. They are available from Yamaha and probably RPM.

From the part number: 98517-06012-00

It's an M6 x 12mm long.  The stock screw has a captive washer.

Should be able to get one at any hardware store

Read the #5 part number ^^^ 9857-06012-00

See the middle numbers? Diameter comes first, then the length.
