What did I do?  Only disassemble most of the front end.  Making preparations for sending Robert the forks.  Good time to test fit the FZR front wheel too.  Really close fit.

A most wise decision to let RPM service yo forks. Seals quickly became my least favorite task.

Agreed. Wise men know when to have someone else to perform work for them.  Greatly anticipating the new ride and handling features of the RPM front suspension.

Rick, I rode it from my house to the storing garage and it was soooo COOL to watch the numbers light up.  The ZOANOMOD works awesome!  When it's back together I'll add a write up to your original post.

It's really a very useful mod. I like your refinements. Don't forget to set aside an LED disc for me. :)

Today I removed the swingarm and rear shock plus of course the dog bones & wishbone.  Swinger and wishbone are off to RPM for inspection and potential repair.  The bolt pic is of the lower shock mount bolt.  It was the only rusty area that I found.  Looks like there was a lot of friction in that mount however as the bolt has been worn away.  Of course the bolt will be replaced.

Tomorrow will be degreasing day for what remains attached to the back of the motorcycle and my rebuilt forks should be arriving tomorrow as well.

All this has to be reassembled for the WCR.  A bit of work ahead of me.

Joe, take your tank off and tuck it away for safe keeping.

Reassembled the front suspension and part of the upper fairing assembly today.  Feels good to be putting stuff back on instead of taking stuff off.  Just have to wait for the return of the rear shock to finish the rear suspension.

Rick, does that tire look familiar?

With poor condition of the swing arm linkage and shock mount, you do plan on pulling out the swing arm to service those bearings as well I hope.

I was wondering if the tire installer put the tire on correctly.  I only saw a label that showed a direction to the front.  Very vague depending on which clock position the label is at.  Are you sure Rick that the tire is installed incorrectly?

The swing arm and wishbone have already been in the capable hands of your son and returned to me Randy.  Robert should be receiving the shock today.
