Since it's the end of 2018, I was looking at the 2019 calendar just to see what next year held in store.  A couple of issues came to mind.  Discussions were held during the 2018 fall rally in Wytheville to return to Tellico for 2019.  Also to return to the third weekend.  The third full weekend is the 21 and 22 of September 2019.  This is important for those of us that will be making reservations, not that there is a big rush at this time but I figured to raise the issue before I forgot......getting old sucks... :scratch_one-s_head:

FYI,  the rental place I've used in the past has limited units available.  I have a cabin booked.  They have a few larger cabins available if someone wanted to organize a group rental.

As of yet, I see no coordinated location for the rally, Cherahola Mountain Trails is booked, I got the only RV spot they had opened. I imagine there is tent camping still available, but as we all know, showers are limited. Carey is using what I believe is a strickly cabin related accommodations based off Rafter Road and possible other nearby roads.

Anyone have an input and availability for the fall?
What haven't I owned, 201 different motorcycles in my life and never a Harley.

I'm in Timberjack Friday night and Warrior Saturday night.

I don't know if these are anywhere close to the numbered cabins, or what.

I don't think I'm bringing anybody with me this time. Paul (Scrambler) will be at Kentucky Kick-Down in Louisville. Bruce (Moto Guzzi) will probably not ride that far from Charlotte. Stu (Falco) took his trip a couple weeks early, he went last weekend just for a single overnight, because that's when work / kids schedules cleared up for him. (Sometimes you take what ya can / when ya can.) His trip was an adventure, the Falco fell over in a parking lot and cracked a front brake lever bracket, but he was able to buy a new part in Robbinsville and install it. I was all set to bring him a couple of spares (the intact assembly off the Ducati, which needs tires anyway, plus my spare broken one which broke in a different part from his) because I live 2-1/2 hours from Robbinsville and would have enjoyed the excuse for the ride. But Stu got it all sorted out before I even got my brake pads changed for the trip. Andrew has to work, and I don't know if his knee is up to riding yet.

I'm looking forward to this an awful lot. I will probably take the FJ and bring some local beer.

Frank, if you have a relative named Robert who drives tow trucks out of Greensboro, I met him in July.
