how to make good suspencion on front , back made by YSS fine, working fine to 220 km/h
front have orgilal tubes and makes front  little bit wobbly, in 140

Keeping the OEM forks, I would suggest a complete RPM internal set up. RPM fork valves with the proper rate springs depending on your weight. 5w synthetic fork oil and a RPM fork brace.

Make sure your steering stem bearings are lubricated and correctly torqued. A worn or cupped front tire can also cause the front end to wobble.

I rode to max with OEM suspension without a single move. Bike was perfectly calm. Something is wrong with your front end.

This ^^^ #1 cause of front end woes.

Then, you ask yourself, why is my front tire cupping?

Fred nailed it...

Wot Fred said. New bushes, seals, springs, valves and 5wt oil. It wasn't like a new bike, it was like a new totally different bike.
But check those bearings first...
Unfortunately I am no longer young enough to know everything...

My FZR1000 had a head shake at about 128mph if you accelerated through it. It would come out of it at about 135mph. If you stayed the same speed or tried to accelerate slowly it would become a tankslapper.
Replaced all the bearings aligned the forks balanced the tires. Did everything I could think of. Front tire didn't have that many miles on it. And looked perfect. Replaced it anyway. And it went away.

Accelerate through it? I have had my 1100 close to 150 just to see if it could. But if I had a shake anywhere above 100 I would be backing off the throttle so fast it would make my head spin. Call me chicken little.

Yah Dave that was back when I was young and stupid. Couldn't fix it so had to keep doing it till I figured it out. Probably why I have 38 broken bones and 42 pieces of metal in me. Still like to go way too fast. Just not good at it anymore. That's why I like to stay in the back of the pack. Keeps me from getting in trouble.

Note of self: If I want to have any chance of catching my flight, do not follow Dan thru TSA security.

I have seven screws and two plates in my left knee. The last time through the TSA machine I was stopped by a guy who said he needed to check my right elbow. I know he was looking at the picture upside down but I didn't correct him. Our TSA in action. Plus being a part native American it doesn't take me long to get dark skin in the summer. I always get checked and questioned after I'm scanned. My dad used to say if I wore an arab head cover I would never get through TSA. The last time I was wearing a Hardly T shirt. After talking with a plain clothed TSA agent and fellow Hardly owner for a couple of minutes he let me go. Guess he figured Arabs don't know that much about Hardlies.

As far as speed goes the guy who helped me load up the last FJ I purchased said "you are a little old for this bike aren't you?". After I got home another guy who helped me unload it said the SAME thing. I may be old but still feel the need for speed once in a while!

November 27th I'm going to get some more metal in me. Not from anything fun. Like crashing a little north of 135mph. Or flying through the trees with the greatest of ease. Just getting both knees replaced. Should be fun. I guess I don't know if they are metal anymore.

giantkiller

Hey bigger. Can you bend them enough to ride the fj... Yep I can't wait . Be able to go to car/motorcycle shows and races again.

Good luck Dan. Not something I would look forward too. After my last knee reconstruction the Doc said if I was 10yrs older he would have just replaced it with an artificial one.

That's only 5 days after Thanksgiving. Be careful they don't just give you a couple of turkey legs.
Obey your physical terrorists. I mean physical therapists.
