Neutral light and motor won’t shut off with the key

Looking for help to diagnose why the power , neutral light won't shut off when I turn the key off . Engine won't shut off either when key is turned off . Can kill engine with kill switch but fuel pump still on . Have to disconnect battery to disable power .

That's the first place I would look, too.

I had this happend twice The first time one of the wiring from the tank had broken and shorted.Second time was when i replaced the red switch from alternator and managed to connect the wires opposite way.
