Hi All.
I am still looking for the complete fairing for and FJ1200 (1995) non ABS.
Looking for reasonable condition and repairable condition.
I'm in Postcode, 3799, Victoria Australia.
Would love to find something as it is better than the nothing I have.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post and any help that anyone can give.

Damn, first I find out the ABS bikes have a special front brake lever now they have a different fairing???

Well, I'm not quite sure if there is a difference but all research shows a series of parts for the ABS versions and non ABS version.
Yamaha made it really difficult with all the changes and it appears there are less parts for the 91-95 versions.

If Yamaha puts a decal on a part like a fairing, they assign it a new number. The plastic is the same, the paint is the same... All the body parts will swap across the same generation year(s), but you may need to paint to match.
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

From what I've seen about Yamaha parts is the part is separate from the decal

This is a new OEM belly pan (chin fairing) It comes painted but no decals (and no heat shield).

....the decals have a separate part number.

The 1991-1995 FJ1200's are the same generation. The fairing from  '91 will fit a '95.

To my knowledge there were 3 color choices over the 6 years.

This give 3 different part numbers for the main fairing.

The White/Blue with pink stripe...p/n 3XW-W2834-00-0X

The Silver/Violet with blue stipe...p/n 3XW-W2834-40-2X

The Tan/Black with teal stripe...p/n 3XW-W2834-??-??

I'll have the silver & violet ready to go.
That would be awesome to get it just ready to bolt on.
