Not done today but recently.  I just HAD to finally lose the blue, foam grips that came with the bike.  A buddy that tours and sport rides recommended the Spider Grips Peak grips.  Easy off with a utility knife and moderately hard to install new ones even with lube.  Much better look and feel though.
