1989 3cv clutch master

 :dash2: Hey guys, first post for me. I LOVE my 89 1200, which I have owned for four years. My clutch has gone flat, so I bought a master cyl. refresh kit. Still no clutch. after installing a rebuild kit on the slave, which I had done by a shop at great expense shortly after purchase, the clutch gods still will not smile upon me. Bled clutch after each rebuild, cannot build decent pressure. I removed the slave and operated the clutch, I could almost hold down the piston with my thumb. I put a C-clamp on said slave, expecting to feel some clutch lever pressure. It seems there is nobody home! The bore of the master is not scratched and looks clean. Am I into it for a new master? Slave, that is.

I once rebuilt the master. Got the push rod between the lever and master in Bass Awards, could not bleed the clutch. Flipped it around and the last 5 or 6 bleeds were likely good. Just messed up the order of assembly.
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

     I had found a drop of brake fluid on the fairing under the clutch master cylinder. I ordered a rebuild kit from Randy, put it in and spent way too much time trying to bleed it. I grabbed a 60 cc syringe and shoved brake fluid up through slave and into the master cylinder. I was done in 30 seconds. The clean up took a little longer.
