I was looking at the fj mod site and saw the turbo fj that Bob Shammas built, Does anyone know if he is still around maybe even a member of this forum. I'm also from Ann Arbor and a good friend of mine worked at nsk for like 20 years till they shut down a few years back. Would just like to talk to some one in my area that has had so much experience with fjs :drinks:

Wasn't a turbo.  Nitrous and later a blower.

Looks like a little while since any updates have been made, but he has(had?) a performance shop in the area.

Would be cool to talk to him about tranmission durability on an FJ being used on the strip...
