Not released yet....looks a bit bulky to me.

A shame Skully went belly up with their helmet.

That thing would just terrify me every time I would compare my actual speed to the speed limit. This way I just don't look down.  :rofl2:
Joking aside, it is interesting and helpful.

Yea, I've noticed that the legal speed limit display seems to be standard on GPS units.

More important, I wonder if law enforcement would have the ability to down load information (history) off this unit.
That would be awkward.
It looks like this HUD has a built in camera, and according to the promo. It will have bike to bike communication. With the recent intercom advancements from Sena and Cardo these HUD folks will have big shoes to fill to at least meet the current features from these existing companies.

We shall see...

Pat,
Do you have a Sena?  I bought one last year and I find it useless because I wear earplugs.  By the time I get the speakers positioned to where I can hear them, the pressure is uncomfortable within an hour.  I also to max the volume.

I'm very disappointed with the purchase.  Lots of fellow riders in my area use them, but they're young and don't ware earplugs (i.e. stupid).

Change the mount for your Sena and you can have earplugs with sound. https://www.plugfones.com/

They work really well since the out side noise is greatly reduced.
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

Hey Hooli....Yes, I have custom molded earplugs (tortuous ear canal) and use the low profile Sena SMH10R with no problems.
The ear pockets in my Arai have plenty of room to position (velcro) the speakers where I need them.
My earplugs have flat sides (courtesy of my belt sander)

I have a set of these for the race car but would work well for the motorcycle as well.

They will send you a mold kit you fit them to your ears send them back to them and then they make a finished product with the headphones built in. They also make semi custom molded kits and foam tip with the headphones built in.

Hooli, the Sena 20S has the best speakers in the business but even with good hearing they struggle with earplugs, although this seems to vary depending on the helmet and screen.
I cut off my speaker wires and use noise attenuating earbuds plugged into the base unit, there is a 3.5 mm jack at the front.

I pre ordered my 20S before they released based the reputation of the previous model, they were to replace the Scala Q2's I had used for many years and I have been very happy with them.

Volume, range, battery life, clarity, ease of pairing, pairing with non Sena devices, voice commands all great. If I need to be available by phone (preferably not) it is easy to use, with or without the GPS in the loop.

I have use Mees buds for the last couple of years and just recently bought some of the much cheaper plugphones, as Monkey suggested, and tried them out over the rally ride. They were also good and easier to use than the others with the over ear memory wire.

I also have these, make your own moulds around your choice of ear buds.

The only improvement I could imagine would be an option for a bar mounted LED remote (like GoPro's have). They have so many features it is difficult to remember how to operate them without visual cues.

My only complaint is they don't like too much rain.

Overall, I think they're an excellent bit of equipment.

Thanks Noel and Monkey.  I had a custom fit set of ear plugs (without ear buds) and they would hurt after a few hours.  The foam plugs I'm using now are great and comfortable for all day riding.

Noel, I've tried different varieties of the first kind you show but they don't fit my ear canal.  Also, I believe SENA does offer a handlebar remote like GoPro.

Maybe I'll just have to forget about the music.  The song of the FJ is still very satisfying.

I had a custom fitted set of earbuds made as well. Initially they were uncomfortable, but, as I am stubborn, and cheap I kept wearing them. It takes time but eventually they become comfortable enough to wear all day. The volume level is now set very low. Scala G9x.

I did 5000km last week (in less than a week) and never tired of it. I have tried but can't do music and ride.
