I have an 84/84 FJ1100. I need to rebuild the master cylinder as its leaking. I have been looking at the rebuild kits and it looks like there might be two for the master cylinder. How can you tell, without taking it apart which kit to use?

FJ1100 Hand Master Cylinder Rebuild Kit

FJ1200 Hand Master Cylinder Rebuild Kit - WILL NOT FIT FJ1100

Clutch Slave Cylinder Rebuild Kit

Do yourself a favor, and rebuild your clutch slave cylinder at the same time you rebuild your hand master cylinder.  :good2:

There is only one kit for Clutch master for 1100. Maybe you looked at the front brake master rebuild kit.....
