$10 + shipping sound ok? May fit in a usps flat rate box? If not I'll cut in half. Lol

Would you have a windshield/windscreen for a '93? '91 & '92 fit I believe. Thanks.

Looking for a couple of parts for a U.S. 1984 FJ1100:

1. Clutch cover assembly. PO had a little crash and the brake pedal cracked a hole in the black part of the cover.
2. Upper most bolt on the clutch Slave cylinder broke. I can extract what's left but need that bolt.
3. Windshield and fasteners. Actually this is optional as I don't like the looks of the OEM windshield. I may try to fabricate a shorter one.

I can pay with paypal.

The bolt (90105-06306-00) is a washer head, M6 x 306MM long. That should make it easy to get at any MC shop or through Randy at RPM

The well nuts are not the current standard size used on bikes today. Randy has them. I tried to make the modern ones fit but they are too small for the FJ.

I had help https://yamahaclub.com/forums/topic/29981-part-number-decoding/
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

Thank you sir.
How about the clutch cover? Either the entire assembly or just the outer black painted part.

I really appreciate the work you did finding that parts decoder but it has one "except" and that is 901 bolts. The other bolt, that is still good, is not 306mm (about 12 inches) but 75mm. So I'll see if I can source one from a fastener company.

Digits six and seven give the diameter (inner or outer) e.g. 08 would be an M8 size.

9XXXX-XXXXX-00

Digits eight, nine and ten are the length (except for '901' bolts for some reason)

We should have the slave cylinder bolt in stock. The outer clutch ring is found here http://www.rpmracingca.com/proddetail.asp?prod=OuterClutchRing can't get phone to post the hyperlink... you can also find the well nuts on the website. I don't think we have the bolt
Listed on their though so you may have to call the shop tomorrow.

Thank you Randy. Is it hard to pull the oil level sight gauge out and install in the new cover?

I will attempt to fix this one but if that goes wrong I'll buy one from you.

It is not difficult to remove but more times than not the rubber seal around the edge of it is torn when you remove the sight glass. Here is the new sight glass and also directly below on the same page is the gasket the seals the center portion of the clutch cover http://www.rpmracingca.com/proddetail.asp?prod=2H7-15361-00-00

I have been scouring the interweb trying to find front turn signal lenses for my 1990 with no luck at all.  Would you happen to have any?  Primarily looking for a right signal lens.

Thanks
