new rear shock

Ordered yss shock(285€+12€delivered) to my 90 fj, woud order randys shock but price in europe (940€+tax 24%+shipping) was too much to my pockets
Hope Randy have rpm fork parts soon that i have something to do in christmas..
those valves i voud order next..

As the shock for FJ's from '88-'90 is on sale at a shop in the Netherlands (link to ad) and nobody I know has experience with YSS on an FJ, i am curious what your experience is, so please tell ...

I don't know what currency that is, and how it relates to the USD, but it's heavily discounted. For that price, it's a no-brainer. Buy one for your weight and riding style, and enjoy!

To be honest, one of my fellow FJ-friends who owns a 3CV is asking for experiences with YSS.
I myself ride an FJ1100 with front and rear WP, so I am not interested in buying.

Alf said those YSS are very good. Although whatever you put on to replace the stock seems to be an improvement.

Theres also a tab in the upper right convert Euros to USD & GBP
If it's 189.90 Euros it's conversion equates to only $261.64 USD (though my on-line conversion says $203.20 USD) - regardless that is a steal. Wonder if they have a '92?

Look at the top right of the web page - there is an "NL" tab - click on that to change to "ENG" - it sort of translates late some of it.

I have one of those fitted in my CBX 750 F2 and it is very good. I stated my weigh and style of riding and the settings come spot-on. Mine is height adjustable. Excellent because bikes of 80-90s era are rear biased. Modern tyres accept much more front weight, so if you change geometry the handling is immensely improved without stability loss

I bought it because a suspension rebuilt professional explained that YSS shocks inner design is much better and stronger than the Hagons
