Head gasket question.

I am doing a whole lot of preliminary research and have questions about my future rebuild.  So here goes a few questions:

1. Can you use the OEM 1188 head gasket for 1195 or 1219 kits or is an upgrade required? 
2. While I have been perusing ebay, I noticed that some piston kits are labeled "Legends".  Can these be run in my bike and is there a difference? 
3. What do people recommend for base gaskets, .010 or .020 thickness? 
4. I went to RPM but could not find any Wiseco piston kits.  Does Randy offer them or something equivalent?
