This is what I came up with so far, sheet of aluminum 8m x 70m pitch 1.50 screws 6 nuts and 6 washers parts I had laying around. I drilled extra small holes with nuts sealed to the bottom side of the aluminum, if i need to expand it longer or wider with more aluminum and screws. I took a test ride with 10 pounds on the back of the rack it stayed in-place no bending down. I think at the most 8 pounds will be back there. Later on I will make it a little better.
