G'day Aussie FJer's, it's time to get a list started for intending attendees for the Manshed weekend. This will help get an idea of the numbers that we need to cater for as far as food and beds are concerned. Please feel free to turn up on the Friday and stay until Sunday or even longer if you want. Anything longer than a week and I'll have to start charging a fee. Please list if you need a bed or a camping spot. If you want accommodation in one of the motels or pub, let me know and I can help with booking or suggetions on where to book.
We are leaving for our annual November ride this coming Thursday. Heading to Adelaide via some great scenic coastal roads and returning via The Grampians and Vic High Country. Returning home the weekend before the Manshed Weekend. Looking forward to seeing you at Bermagui.
  Regards, Pete.  :drinks:

Hi Pete

I'm only relatively new to the FJ owners forum but long time FJ owner and bought my first one in 1986 going on to buy a further 4 up until the 2000's and again bought another 2 in the last couple of years, one of which being an original fj1200 police pursuit bike with the big bore kit in it.
Mate I'm interested in this get together however I'm currently in hospital in Brisbane as just had a total knee replacement done yesterday so depending on when and where as I would certainly enjoy myself and my two sons ( one is 20 the other 12 and both avid motocycle enthusiasts) attending.
I'm nearly 60 and have been attempting to construct collections of certain bikes for my two sons of which they think that's really great.
Anyway hope to hear back, we live just nth of Toowoomba and certainly happy to have any FJ enthusiasts call in as always a BBQ that can be fired up and there is enough room to set up a few camps
Kind regards
Garry

Gaz, I heard on the grapevine that there could be a Manshed day happening around Feburary in the Brisbane area, you should be healed by then so keep your eyes peeled.

If only it were that simple - the intakes are off the car waiting for new swirl vanes and actuator rods from Germany.
I'm currently using public transport while the missus is away, which is wonderful....................................

I can't commit to anything just yet
Still thinking of something..................

Troyskie

Mate, this is a perfect storm.

Keep pushing buddy, you will get through. :good:
