A bunch of people that are attending might also be sharing with those that reserved the cabin/bunkhouse, and won't necessarily have their name at the resort.

There is at least one member (possibly two if the other can get the time off) sharing with me under my reservation.

It would be nice to see the majority of the folks on the head-count list attend the Rally.
That would be amazing!

I understand and I am going off of my experience of people sharing from the rallies I have attended. I will be sending out a reservation head count probably just prior to the closing date. That way I know who is where and were and try to negotiate keeping some of the blocked out units for those who can't commit to attending yet.

Are you going to be able to convince Bob to come out? We talked about it a little bit on the phone the other day.

From our discussions, it seems like he doesnt have any problem with longer distances.
I'm sure he would enjoy it.

Diane and I took cabin #55 down by the river, so we're there but maybe not in the headcount list you're getting?  They all appeared pretty close together and we liked the pics better.

Forgot to mention ---- in case it hasn't been mentioned.   The bunkhouses ( while they look like motel rooms) they do not have linens.   You need to bring linens and towels -- bedding etc.   Now for those riding in they do offer linens - pillows - towels package for 25 dollars that you can " rent " for the duration.

If doing that please double check with the staff of the facilty prior to arrival and make sure they hold the stuff for you.

Cabins might be the same as far as the linens but when you book check with the staff obviously

So, as I mentioned earlier, I have started the attendance list with reservation locations listed. If you are booked in and not listed, please add your cabin info like I have done below. If you still are in hopes of attending please feel free to add your name to the list, maybe there is someone he is looking to share space, list that info - "Looking to share space"

If you are booked in and are bring non-members of the forum with you, can you please add their name to the list as well.

I will be using the reservation numbers for a couple of things. To make sure we get all of the bunkhouse rented so we do not have to worry about noise around people not associated with the group. I also need to best head count possible so I can get the catering sorted. Thus the reason I need the names of non-member as well if they are coming with you. The more the merrier.

I'm on the "looking to share a bunkhouse list". In view of all the jolly people hoping to attend and the sheer volume of expectation chatter on this thread, Mrs French might join us, so maybe two spots then.
Lucky Randy ran the Renegade to bridge the Rally gap.
Perhaps we need another in Spring to fill out the calendar.
