To answer your question, I don't think fork seals count as major enough to break the rally rule. I failed to get off my lazy ass and put a new rear tire on today and scuff it in. So next weekend will my my new tire and the ride up will be scuff-in. Looking forward to seeing you and all the other FJ miscreants again.
