How many miles did you ride your FJ this year?

Even though we got quite a bit of rain this year, I was still lucky enough to put on just over 10,000 miles since buying it in April. While I will ride as long as I can, the temps are getting colder (I rode to work Monday and it was a bit chilly at 37°) and soon enough the white stuff will be falling and it will be time to put the FJ up for the winter. So I'm just curious, how many miles did you get in this year?

5333 miles since I got my '89 in late March. I was down all last month with maintenance and ABS welding. The new LEDs in the cluster are fantastic....

Approximately 875... a little over 700 of that at the ECFR.   :sorry:

I am showing 2187 over the last year. About half of what I averaged the previous 2 years.

I have ridden the FJ EVERYDAY over the last 60 days........ :yahoo:

I'm not the fastest FJ rider, I am 'half-fast', the fastest slow guy....

Just about 10,500 km (close to 6300 miles) this year for me. All on PR4s which were installed in the spring - I'm getting excellent life out them. Hope the good weather holds a bit longer.

I am interested in the life you get on the PR4s and what they look like when you chose to change them (front and rear). As well as the riding style you put on them, twisty, highway, 50/50 blend etc...

Was riding at least back and forth to work everyday this year after buying it in the spring.

Season was cut short for me when my back went out.

All I do now is hobble out to the garage to check on the battery charger and stare at it now and then.

8,000 kilometers on the FJ and 6,000 miles on the GTS. 1,000 kilometers on the FZR 1000. It was a good summer for motorcycle riding. Six road trips in one year. Awesome.

If it weren't for the 2,400 plus miles I put on the clock riding to, riding around at, and riding back home from this year's Central Rally in South Dakota, it would have been even a more dismal year for miles put on the FJ(s). Might have put on an additional 1,500 miles since then, but I'm not going to the bother to tally up the odometers.

There's always next year.

Ride while you can.

Yes, you are so right.

Signed up for this http://www.mnswanride.com/ after posting my mileage this morning. Will be putting an extra 200 miles on a FJ before I call it a season.

Supposed to be 58F on Sunday. Not bad for November 1st. At least in these parts.

Amen.... Rust never sleeps.

7,200 for me so far...and the year's not over yet (gotta love SoCal) I expect around 9k before the year's end.
Riding to the WCR, then riding back to the Central Rally and then fall Renegade Rally are the bright spots in this year's adventures.
I do plan another trip up to Oakdale this year so Randy can work some more voodoo magic on my bike.

I want to hear from Mike Ramos.....are we taking any bets?  Over/Under?  I pledge a jelly donut to whoever is closest. My guess would be 24k

23K, I think he is slowing down on miles... But he does ride like the wind...

My frequent travels for work have only allowed me roughly 1500 KM's  :nea:

Have not even had the time to do the maintenance/mods I wanted to
Really hope for some more riding next year though
