Took my right fork off. It was seeping. Took it apart. Cleaned it. Got seal number off. Put it back together and installed it again. Fuckin thing isn't squared up like it was. It came out smooth. No banging or pulling. Went back on smooth. Now the front fender bolt holes don't line up properly. When I make them line up the fender looks all tweaked. I bet the thing is ever so slightly bent. It didn't look bent when it came off tho. Unless both are bent evenly and when I put the one back on its twisted half way around. Shit. Probably just answered my own question. Oh well, this was a lot of typing so I'm posting it anyway

Just a quick thought (could've been overlooked). :pardon:

When you installed the fork back on the bike, is it even with the other one in the triple-clamps? (both at the same level when looking at the top where your handlebars clamp to them)

There is a cup like thing in the bottom of the fork if installed incorrectly one fork will be longer than the other.

Bolt up the front tire fuck the fender for now and give it a good whack to a telephone pole, some times the triples will tweak.
