These honestly took me a little over 5 minutes to install.
Probably the easiest mod ever!  :good:

Before pic.

Spacers and Caps are super high quality.

Fully installed. (it took me longer to move my Ram mount for my GPS out of the way, than it did to install these)

Time to take a short ride to test out the feel with the newly raised bars.

a "short test ride" for you will probably end up covering several mountain passes and include lots of excellent pics!

You need to go on a long test ride. A ride where you would normally get off the bike with back, neck and wrists aching is now pain free. My wife told me 3/4" would make all the difference

This will be happening next week!
I took some vacation time. It'll be a weekend of camping, followed by a week of riding.  :good2:

I suggest combining both activities into one epic week+ long event.   :good2:

But, that's just how my mind works sometimes.  :hi:

Well, I have to bring my two boys with me, so this time it will have to be separate activities............
Where we are camping will be somewhat off-road, so we'll be taking the Jeep  :good:

Let us know how they work out.  Recently installed Vibernators and the risers are next on my list.

I'm interested in your review, also. Please keep us informed.

I have a set of stock clip-ons that have been modified with a section of bar stock welded in for about 1" additional height. I wonder if it would be too much to have both mods on the same bike.

After logging 1,450 miles around Colorado this past week with Cap'n Ron, covering everything from Slab-Interstates to the twistiness of the Black Canyon, I have to report that these handlebar risers make a HUGE difference!

I couldn't be happier with them!  :yahoo:

There are NO clearance issues with the fairing, and I had NO issues with the brake/clutch lines or cables being too short.

My wrists and hands didn't tire as quickly, and I felt that I could easily go longer distances.
You wouldn't expect 3/4" of height to make much of a difference, but it truly does!

I would consider these a worthwhile investment in my riding enjoyment.  :good2:

I have to agree with Allan. Some guy named Randy recommended them to me. After I tried them I don't know how I rode without them. They make a HUGE difference in the comfort level over longer distances. I don't know how George rides without them --- especially at his age.     Dave
A pistol is like a parachute, if you need one and don't have one you will never need one again.

I don't now :).  They work great.  The biggest difference I noticed was that the turbulence now is below my chin. The head area with the HJC helmet is smooth .  I didn't think they would make much difference but I was wrong (first time ever)... Looking forward to the next ride with you Dave, if you can still balance that thing at your age.

I put my RPM risers on last night, got out for about 150 miles this morning. They make a huge difference in my comfort. They put the bars right where my stumpy little arms want the grips to be. Consider me another happy customer.

Yes, the factory FJ clip-on bars already have a rise to them. But the extra 3/4" of Randy's riser adapters makes a big difference.

As far as I know, all the years of FJ 1100-1200 used the same handlebars?
If yours are different than these, you might already have some sort of aftermarket bars on yours?
