Its fits an FJ 1200.

Free to good home.

Who is most worthy of it?

Most creative entry wins it.

Judges decisions are final.

Hi Klavdy, :hi: Given your secret location, if you're in Australia, I wouldn't mind being considered a worthy recipient.

:empathy2:  Mmm, no good for me Klav. It would mean I would have to remove my expensive Carbon Fibre look alike fork protectors to fit it.
(Actually they weren't that expensive as they were a gift from Lord Baldy many moons ago.)

A front-end swap or FJ forks
Modded to the limit?
The debate rages hotly here,
Though I have not got in it.

My FJ forks re-sprung, revalved -
As good as ThunderAce parts?
I only know they'd closer be
If I had some fork brace parts.

Ideally, rally campfire swap,
"That brace for beer, or dinner"
And you could try my 998
And wish that you were thinner.

Alas, two different rallies are
Occurring at the same time,
And I will be at t'other one
Come rally campfire flame-time.

From Tellico to Central Cal,
Too far unless you're famous.
And I'm no Valentino Rossi,
Or Crutchlow, or Mike Ramos.

So we will ride the Cherohala,
You, the coastal road.
We will hoist a beer, and cheer
The mighty Biker Toad.

And we will vow, again as now,
"We'll ride together soon!
We'll burn some logs and raise a glass
Beneath a rally moon.

In Gunnison or Adelaide,
In Stelvio or Galway,
We'll pass the jug of brotherhood
And ride together some day."

For now, it's a long-distance toast:
"To FJs, and roads curving!"
While face-to-face, you'll give that brace
To someone more deserving.
Reg Pridmore yelled at me once

Say it isn't so

Fork brace for the deserving?

My fender tab's broke

Bill, you are a man of many talents.....Typical of a Miata owner and a FJ owner.

I was confused there for a minute Pat. Maybe it was a cut and paste with a few creative edits....

Of course when you mentioned the Miata it suddenly made sense that Bill was into Poetry....
