I remember a couple of years ago, a guy in his Ferrari in England did this but was identified through the video and arrested.  Last year (?) in British Columbia some guy was pulling this shit in traffic on his bike, and was also arrested because of his video.

As this seems to be Brazil (according to the Youtube comments), he'll probably get a medal almost as big as his asshole.  Maybe that will make up for his overcompensation.
