Hmmm, my brother in law has 2,500 acres near Lake Don Pedro and an office in Jamestown.

Okay, here is the list so far and I have about 4-5 rooms. I need to get the final count tallied so that I can get the rooms reserved and would like to get this done by Tuesday 7/28/15. I will pay for the rooms and then you guys can reimburse me.

I would also like to start working on food, so I really need to get the head count sorted.

I have sent some emails out to guys who don't frequent the forum anymore and if they say they are coming I will add them to the list.

I agree with Pat see if you can reserve the rooms and give us the info and then can book/pay for our rooms. The same way we do when we stay at the KOA.
