Bolt-on/drop-in conversions?

Please forgive me, as l am sure this topic has been discussed at length here...but l was wondering if there is a thread somewhere that lists all of the different parts from other bikes that can be bolted right on to an FJ, such as different wheels and whatnot? If there is not, it seems like it would be really helpful to create one so that we can save time and not have to search through hundreds of threads in search of answers.
