Finally own the FJ in Vegas,baby

Thanks for the website. I've been an on/off rider for about 30 yrs. My 1st street bike was a '76 XS750 triple, bought when I was going to college(LACC) in SoCal in '79. Here's a list of what I've had since: XJ650 maxim, (2) XJ650 Seca Turbos(My favorite bike - wish the turbos held up better!), V30 Magna, 750 Virago, 650 savage, 920 Virago (still not running) CB900 custom, 700 Virago, Venture, and now 89 & 90 FJ1200's. I always liked the big FJ's and after a few years on the Venture decided I'm not that "old" yet!(?) Crotch-rockets, Cruisers, Choppers, and the Couch - I've always gone back to sport bike riding! I've pretty much always been my own mechanic, and look forward to getting both of these bikes running great. They both run good but have a few glitches, standard neglect, and some cosmetic problems - but fairly low mileage - 24 & 35K respectivly. I don't see a FAQ page, but have been searching and reading a lot of posts for answers.
