Im sorry its not a 2000 fzr rim but a 1990 fzr 17"/5.50 rear  rim, I also bought the conversion kit from doc, but to my understanding some 180/55/17 rear tires might rub my chain so I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction on to what 180/55/17 tires won't have a problem fitting and not rub my chain, I have stock swingarm on my 92 fj.....thanks

I have found that generally the Avon and Dunlop tires run on the wide side.
Michelins and Contentinals fit.

If in doubt, you will always be safe with 170/60-17 sizes.

Get the compound you want. Don't worry if it's a 170

+1 on the Michelins :i_am_so_happy:

I was amazed at the mileage I got from the Pilot Road 3 tires. I have been told to expect even better on the new Pilot Road 4's
