OK I will try. Facing forward like you are sitting on the bike read from left to right 1 2 3 4 attach the wires in that order. That's not the firing seq but it is the way those wires go back on.  Let us know how she runs.

Just to double check to make sure the numbers on the wires are correct, after you are done you should have:
(as you sit on the bike) the 2 plug wires from the left coil are for cylinders #1 and #4..... the 2 plug wires from the right coil go to #2 and #3

Thanks guys a lot... i think my leads marked from right to left.....if i put them in from left to right, each coil has both leads crossed.....it does not seem right....does it?

Don't worry about them crossing over each other. Put them on as suggested, left to right.

You can uncross them as long as the left coil sparks #1 and 4....and the right coil sparks #2 and 3.....

...unless someone switched the coil signal leads on you...unlikely but you never know...to check this, in your Owners Handbook...in the back there is a wring diagram for the model of your bike....look at the color wires going to the right/left coils on your bike and then compare it to your wiring diagram...they should match.
