YZF1000 thunderace swingarm, brake and wheel. Bag is bright yellow. (Bike is very dark blue....)

Thanks guys for your help I have a 88 FJ1200 that I am restoring and I want to change rear wheel I like the look of the YZF1000 Thunderace in this picture also like the colour will do some research regarding what colour this is.

First gen FZ1 swingarm has a similar look and may be easier to find.

Ps: that bike lacks two things
1) RED
2) WHITE

If I remember right. The FZ1 swinger is longer than the fj swingarm. And the thunderace is shorter than the fj. So if you want to do wheelies get the thunderace. If you want to do burn outs/ drag race get the FZ1.

Yes it is, one inch longer then the stock swing arm.

That's why I'm going with the 92 r1 swingarm. It's 2" longer and braced. Longer and stiffer.
